Who publishes this directory, and how it was built
The short version: The Celebrate Team, a Lower Cape real estate practice, built this and pays for it. Every one of the 535 listings is free, dated, and checked by a person.
Who we are
The directory is published by The Celebrate Team — Arthur Radtke, REALTOR®, with eXp Realty, on the Lower Cape. We kept meeting families in a crisis whose honest answer to “who do we call next?” was a few names on the back of an envelope. So we built the envelope properly.
The Senior Transition Collaborative is the name of the project. It is not yet a membership organisation. We are inviting Cape professionals in elder law, care management and move management to join as founding contributors — to review guides in their field and tell us when something changes. Their names will appear on this page when they agree, and not before.
How it is checked
- Every listing shows the date a person last confirmed it. The busiest categories are re-checked every 90 days, the rest at least yearly.
- Nursing homes, home health and hospice carry Medicare’s own ratings, refreshed monthly.
- Every website is tested monthly for dead links.
- Every guide says when its facts were checked and where they came from.
- Mistakes are corrected and logged in public. See our editorial standards and corrections log.
What we do not do
- Nobody pays to be listed, and position cannot be bought.
- We take no referral fee from anyone, in either direction.
- No real estate agents are listed — including us. We publish this, so we stay out of it.
- Ratings are Google’s, not ours, shown with the number of reviews behind them.
Read our independence policy and how this is paid for.
Something wrong or missing?
Tell us: send a correction. A person reads every one. Run a Cape business that serves older people? Listing is free.
