About these figures: Census figures computed from ACS 2020-2024 5-year detailed tables pulled from data.census.gov on 2026-09-29. S0103 (Population 65+) is only published for Barnstable, Falmouth and Yarmouth at town level, so detailed B-tables were used for all geographies; Barnstable values match S0103 (pop65 13,297; disability 29.3%). Small-town ACS estimates (Truro, Provincetown, Wellfleet, Eastham) carry large margins of error; e.g. Provincetown 65+ disability 49.4% and Truro 85+ = 9 should be presented with caution. HAD 2025 profiles use older ACS (2018-2022) so their pop65/living-alone figures differ from ours; use ACS 2024 for demographics, HAD for health indicators. HAD indicators from BRFSS (obese, flu shot, falls, internet use) are regional estimates shared across groups of towns (Upper/Mid-Cape towns share one value, Lower/Outer Cape towns another) — do not present town-to-town differences on those. CMS-based ones (dementia, 4+ chronic conditions, depression, hearing) are town-specific. 'better/worse than state' = HAD's B/W significance flag. No Barnstable County-level HAD profile exists (town profiles only), so county.had is null. Values show town figure with state figure in parentheses.
