How this is paid for
Short answer: The Celebrate Team, a Cape Cod real estate practice (Arthur Radtke, eXp Realty), pays for it. Nobody listed pays anything, and nothing here is sold — including your phone number.
What we do not do
- We take no fee to list anyone. All 535 listings are free, and always will be.
- We take no referral fee or commission if you hire someone you found here.
- We do not sell leads. Your details are not passed to providers, or to anyone else.
- Position cannot be bought. There is no sponsored placement.
- No real estate agents are listed — including us.
Why that matters
Most senior-care websites are referral businesses. They are free to you because a community or agency pays them when you move in — commissions reported at most of a month’s rent or more. Two things follow, and neither is usually disclosed: the list you see contains only the providers who pay, and your phone number becomes the product.
So what do we get out of it?
Honestly: goodwill, and the chance that when a family here eventually needs to sell a house, they remember who was useful when nobody was selling them anything. That is the whole business case.
We do say so, in plain sight. A few pages carry a clearly marked note from us, the sponsor, offering a free Transition Options Review for families whose house is part of the decision. It is never on a listing, never in the ordering, and you never have to use it. If you sign up for our email, we tell you at sign-up that it comes from the Senior Transition Collaborative and The Celebrate Team.
How to check we are telling the truth
- Ask any listed business what they paid. The answer is nothing.
- Every listing shows the date a person last checked it.
- There is no enquiry form between you and a provider. The phone number is right there.
- Our independence policy and corrections log are public.
